Heather Clark grew up in Tampa, Florida relocated to Louisiana 12 years ago. Heather has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years. Heather specializes in Pre-natal, Deep tissue, Sports, and Swedish massage as well as hydrotherapy are some modalities in which she is trained. Massage has always been a passion for her along with healthy living and nourishment of the body. Heather is a single mother of six amazing children four adults and two smaller children. Microgreens are not new for Heather she has incorporated these tasty plants in her children's diets for years. Heather grew up with a mother and family who taught her life long skills of farming. Heather's mom was a true vegan who introduced all types of vegetables.
